Registration through IFAC PaperCept (link) is mandatory for all conference and workshop participants.

Extra submission upload: $200 each.

All registrations (except one-day registration) include a cruise ticket and tickets to opening and farewell receptions. Full registration also includes a ticket to the conference banquet.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please notify the Registration Chair (Ilya Kovalenko, iqk5135@psu.edu) in writing.
If your registration was used to upload a paper, poster, or abstract, then it cannot be canceled even if the paper, poster, or abstract were withdrawn.
Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by Aug. 18, 2025, with an administration cost of USD 100. No refunds can be provided for cancellations after Aug. 18, 2025.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
