Reimbursement of Expenses for Dependent/Child Care

The American Automatic Control Council, Inc. (AACC) is offering funds to partially offset the expense of dependent/child care for registrants at Modeling, Estimation and Control Conference (MECC). Limited funds are available, which will be allocated not to exceed $500 (maximum) per attendee. There is also a limit to the number of people who can request reimbursement. Therefore, we are collecting names and contact information for those who may be interested. Please fill out this form below if you are seeking childcare support for MECC 2025 for October 5-8, 2025.

Once we collect the information below, we will inform those whose applications have been accepted on a rolling basis until all funds are expended. We will then send the applicants a form to fill out and help facilitate reimbursement from AACC. ACC will be expecting a short description of the expense for which you are requesting partial reimbursement.  Additionally, please keep and submit all receipts when requesting payment, the total for the receipts for childcare must be $500 or more to qualify for the support.  Please also include receipts showing attendance/registration to the MECC 2025 conference, MECC 2025 conference hotel, airfare, Uber/Lyft, parking fees, etc. for our reference.

Please fill out the request form here (the form will close when all the funds have been expended):
