The ASME DSCD Rising Stars talks are designed to help kick-start the careers of postdocs and senior Ph.D. students near graduation. Those selected will present a poster and a 3-minute lightning talk during a special DSCD Rising Stars Special Session (no papers required). We encourage applicants to submit cohesive abstracts that highlight their most recent work, most high impact research (can be from other publications), or Ph.D. thesis.
