OPENING RECEPTION

The MECC opening reception ceremony will be held at the Reflections on Sunday, October 5, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided (registrations will receive a ticket for a complimentary drink).

AWARDS CEREMONY AND CONFERENCE BANQUET LUNCHEON

Time: Tuesday, October 7, 11:05 AM – 1:30 PM

The Conference Banquet will precede the Awards Ceremony wherein we will recognize the conference best paper, student best paper and awardees of selected prestigious awards given by the ASME Dynamic Systems and Controls Division. These awards are given to recognize and honor the exceptional achievements and contributions of several leaders within the Dynamic Systems and Control Community. The Awards Ceremony will be concluded by the presentation and acceptance of the ASME Rufus Oldenburger Medal and a lecture by the awardee.

CLOSING RECEPTION

Please join your colleagues and friends to enjoy a relaxing closing reception, held at the FountainView. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided (Registrations will receive a ticket for a complimentary drink).
