Authors who require an official acceptance letter for obtaining a U.S. visa can request one through the PaperCept. Please log into MECC 2025 conference on PaperCept and enter the author workspace. Under the “options” menu, you should see an entry titled “Request an acceptance letter”. Please follow that entry to download a personalized letter.
